1. What are the system
requirements for viewing?
System Requirements
All Platforms
Bandwidth : 56k or better
Browser Internet Explorer or Netscape version 5.0 of better
Screen Resolution : 800x600 or better recommended
Audio and video require QuickTime and Java enabled
Full-screen Quicktime VR movies are approx. 500-1Mg and require Quicktime.

2. Why can't I see 360 panoramas?
To view the panoramas you MUST have java
installed and enabled. Visit http://www.java.com/
to download.
If the image won't load and leaves a blank
grey box or an error message try the following (bear in mind it can sometimes
take a while for the Java to load).
Other options:
Try resizing the browser window to encourage
loading the Java applet.
If you have any other programs open, close them.
For Macintosh users, check the memory allocation for the application.
Check if you have enough physical memory.
For either Macintosh or Windows machines, quit other applications and
launch the browser again
If none of the above work, try quitting out of the browser and re-opening
it.
3. What is the Full screen 360 icon?
Full screen 360's are QuickTime VR panoramas.
They are interactive 360 degree images that requires QuickTime.
4. I can't view the full screen 360's?
QuickTime is required for viewing.
Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
The small installer will now download all necessary components (2.7MB
for minimal installation) and install them on your computer.

5. The Windows Media Player logo appears when
I try to play a QuickTime movie, but the movie never plays. What is going
on?
Your computer system is configured to try
to play QuickTime files in Windows Media Player instead of in QuickTime.
Windows Media Player will be unable to play most (if not all) QuickTime
movies found on the Destination360 Web site. Reinstall QuickTime; we recommend
downloading a fresh copy of the of QuickTime. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
6. Playback of full screen 360's?
Playback
Problem: The 360 panorama shows blurry.
Solution: Depending on you internet connection that might take several
minutes. Just give it some time.
Turning
You can turn around in a panorama by click-and-hold the mouse button and
the move the mouse (click and drag).
Zooming
You can zoom in the panorama by either pressing the shift key or by clicking
on the symbol. You can zoom out the panorama by either pressing the control
key or by clicking on the symbol.
