Groups consistently tell us we have the nicest meeting facility in this area. Our meeting lodge is a renovated 1920’s log cabin tucked in the woods. The ambience is wonderful, with lots of windows, a huge deck overlooking Deep Creek and logs that have the kind of glow that only comes with age. It’s also nice and cozy, thanks to a gorgeous cast iron gas fireplace.

Even better, if you’re trying to get everyone in your group to interact, you’ll love the fact that we’re so small. Your group won’t get lost in a large crowd, or be able to wander off in all directions the minute there’s a break. You can keep everyone together for meals, evening socializing, etc. so they really get to know each other. We can even help you arrange teambuilding activities like nighttime bonfires, karaoke, group hikes, a portable ropes course, and more! If you plan to ski, we can arrange lift tickets too, or snowshoe rentals for the non-skiers in your group.

Of course, being out of the office doesn’t have to mean you’re out of touch, and all accommodations have dataports so you can touch base. We’ve even installed a brand new wireless network.
Our group coordinator will help make everything go smoothly, with meals, audio visual equipment, etc., so you can focus on meeting goals instead of all the details.
